Civil Engineering

Our Honolulu, Hawaii based civil engineering services include all phases of site design, including preconstruction services, construction design of roadways, site layout and grading, drainage systems, infrastructure design, site remediation, and NPDES permits for larger projects. As part of our services, we provide inspections of utilities as well as construction observations.

HEG is staffed with a licensed civil engineer, a licensed surveyor, and six in-house survey crew members. Up to three survey crews can be deployed at once.
